What Will Donations Be Used For?
Donated funds will be used for fighting to immediately restore the Urgent Care Services to 24/7 and restore Douglas Memorial Hospital to operating with inpatients bed and 24/7 Emergency Department (ER).
Keeping attention on the current governments policy of reducing/closing rural ERs.
Any excess funds at the closure of this community advocacy group will be donated to Douglas Memorial Hospital Foundation and/or Douglas Memorial Hospital Auxillary or groups and foundations who are attempting to better the community we live in.
